Story Sensory Play Sessions

Each of our dry messy play sessions are themed differently each week, and are inspired by stories. There is no strict routine and the mini monsters have the freedom to explore and play at the tuff trays at their own pace and in their own way. Theses sessions are suitable for little ones from approximately 6 months (must be sitting unaided) to 6 years. Please be aware there is small and loose parts in the trays and around the play space.

Terms & Conditions

Using my early years background i carefully pick the themes for each weeks session and plan the tuff trays ensuring each has a range of learning opportunity incorporated in to them. The themes and activities chosen will be inspired by different themes and stories such as seasons, holidays or special dates, as well as following little ones interests.

Classes are 90 minutes long in a morning and 60 minutes long in the afternoon. Mini monsters get to explore and investigate in their own time and how they choose. This is a super relaxed and easy going play group. As a mother i understand how daunting classes can be and as an early years practitioner i understand how children think and behaviour. We are all here to have fun!

Our sensory play set ups are set up to give the mini monsters attending our session the opportunities to explore, investigate and create using their senses.

Our set ups use dry food grade and non food grade bases, they are for play purposes only and not consumption. Some bases may include allergens such as milk, wheat, soya and may have come in contact with nut products. It is the responsibility of the parent/career to ensure the child/children do not come in to contact with any materials/food substances that may cause an allergic reaction to themselves or the child/children in their care. The best thing about our sessions is that you get to come and have sensory messy fun without the clean up, while meeting new people!

Don't forget each ticket includes a play around the curiosity mill during the sessions too, where little ones will find the most incredible vintage and unique toys and play space to explore.

Each ticket is for one adult and one child. Additional adults and/or children will require an additional ticket.

As well as being a trained early years practitioner, i also hold an up to date DBS that can be viewed if you wish to see it.
